snapsight allows you to clear session data if needed. This feature is useful for resetting session information, but please remember that you are limited to performing this action up to five times per session.


How to clear your Session data:

1. Access the Session:

Navigate to the session you want to clear data from.


2. Click on the 'Clear Data' Button:

On the session details page, click on the Clear Data button. This will initiate the data-clearing process.



3. Confirm the Action:

A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the action. Review the warning, as this action cannot be undone and is limited to five occurrences.



4. Complete the Action:

Confirm the action in the pop-up to proceed with clearing the session data.


Completion Notification:

Once the session data is successfully cleared, a notification will appear confirming that the data has been removed.
