Managing your subscription in snapsight is straightforward. You can upgrade from the Lite plan to the Pro plan or downgrade back to Lite if needed.
Navigate to the Subscription Plan section
Log in to your snapsight account.
- Click on your initials or profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Plans from the dropdown menu.
Upgrade to Pro Plan
Select Upgrade Option:
- If you are currently on the Lite plan, you will see an option to upgrade to Pro.
Send a Request:
- Click on the Upgrade to Pro button.
- You will be prompted to send a request to the Gevme team for processing.
Confirm Upgrade:
- The Gevme team will process your request and upgrade your account accordingly.
Downgrade to Lite Plan
Select Downgrade Option:
- If you are on the Pro plan, you will see an option to downgrade back to Lite.
Confirm Downgrade:
- Click on the Downgrade button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your decision.
