Multilingual Enabling
In snapsight's front-end, attendees can switch between various languages according to their preference. The list of available languages is predetermined by the event organisers.
- English is the default selection, but organisers can deselect it if needed.
- For users on the Lite Plan, English is the only available language option. To unlock multilingual features, consider upgrading to the Premium Plan.
Available Languages in snapsight:
Primary languages:
This is the main spoken language of the event. You can choose up to 3 primary languages, e.g. if there will be a mix of spoken languages across the sessions.
- North & South America:
- Europe
- Asia-Pacific
- Africa
Translation languages:
These will be available as translation options to attendees. Translation languages are applied to key takeaways, idea clouds, and live transcripts.

How to Set Up Languages
1. During Project Creation
When creating a new project, you will have the option to select the languages for your event.
2. In Project Settings
To change the languages after project creation, navigate to your project listing, find the desired project, and click the gear icon to access the settings.
