Q: How long is event session content available to attendees?

Session content - including transcripts, Key Takeaways, Idea Clouds, and Summaries - is available to attendees for one year from the event date.

Q: Can I protect session content with a password?

Yes. Snapsight supports content privacy at both the event and session levels:

  1. Go to Settings > Advanced.

  2. Scroll to the Privacy section and toggle it on.

  3. Set a custom password. Attendees will need this password to access the session's content.

You can also enable or disable privacy settings for individual sessions within each session's settings.
